Arnheim arrived in Rome, three of his writings had already been published

The
list of writings given below provides the reader with the five editions
of "Intercine". The Italian edition was published from January
to December 1935. The English, French and German editions were published
until July 1935. The Spanish edition was published until March 1935. From
October to December "Intercine" issued both an Italian and an
international version (Arnheim's writings were published in French). Numbers
8 and 9 (August-September 1935) were a special Italian edition and a trilingual
(German-French-English) international one.
